Right now, your system is configured to use a proxy, but Google Chrome can't connect to it. Here Step 3: In the LAN settings window, under Proxy server section, uncheck the box next to Use a proxy server for your LAN, and press OK to save the changes and exit. That’s it. The Proxy Settings of your computer are now turned off.
Click Open proxy settings under system section. This will open a new window named Internet Properties. STEP 3. Hit LAN Settings under the Connections tab. Here uncheck the Use a proxy server for your LAN option and once you are done, hit OK button. STEP 4. Reboot the PC, for the changes to take over.
